Ingredients
- 6 Chicken legs
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 4 tbs melted butter
- Greek seasoning
- 1 lemon (sliced in half)
- 1 head of garlic (sliced in half)
- 3-4 twigs Rosemary
Steps
- Heat oven to 425 degrees
- Season chicken with Greek seasoning until all sides are covered
- Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat, add chicken to pan and cook each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown
- On skillet, place chicken, each side of the garlic head and sliced lemon (as pictured)
- Pour butter all over chicken
- Add rosemary
- Cook for 20 minutes
