Summer Salad 

10 min super easy salad

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Chopped purple cabbage 
  • Asparagus 
  • Shredded carrots 
  • Mozerella balls
  • Meloned dragon fruit
  • Blueberries 

Steps

  1. Fill a frying pan with water and boil. Add asparagus and cook for 3-5 minutes or until asparagus is bright green 
  2. Cut a dragon fruit in half – using a melon baller create dragon fruit balls
  3. Add chopped romaine to a ball and decorate with remaining ingredients
