Procuitto Flatbread


Ingredients 

  • Flatbread
  • Procuitto
  • Parmesan cheese strips 
  • Arugala 
  • Sundried tomato
  • Goat cheese 
  • Red onion 
  • Truffle oil 
  • Balsamic glaze 

Steps 

Balsamic Reduction

  1. Add 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar to pan
  2. Put pan on stove at medium heat 
  3. Wisk for 3 minutes until consistency thinkens to glaze 

Flatbread 

  1. Toast Flatbread in oven
  2. Place arugala over flatbread
  3. Place sundried tomatoes, sliced onion, goat cheese, procuitto 
  4. Drizzle with truffle oil
  5. Add Parmesan cheese strips 
  6. Drizzle with balsamic reduction
