Steps
Balsamic Reduction
- Add 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar to pan
- Put pan on stove at medium heat
- Wisk for 3 minutes until consistency thinkens to glaze
Flatbread
- Toast Flatbread in oven
- Place arugala over flatbread
- Place sundried tomatoes, sliced onion, goat cheese, procuitto
- Drizzle with truffle oil
- Add Parmesan cheese strips
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction
